PHOENIX PROPERTY INSPECTIONS, PLLC
Professional Licensed Home Inspector TREC #22496

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOUR HOME IS INSPECTED.
So you made an offer, it was accepted, and your first step is to get the home inspected. What should you expect from the inspection? It is the inspectors responsibility to provide you, the client, with a complete and thorough inspection and inspection report. The report is not an appraisal, it is a limited non-invasive examination of the condition of a home. The report is informational for the buyer, at the time of purchase, about the condition of the property and any defects that requires attention. As a state-licensed Certified Professional Inspector don't be surprised to find me climbing on the roof, crawling in the attic and on the floors. The job of the inspector is to protect your investment and find any issues with the home, including but not limited to: the roof, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, heating & air conditioning systems, ventilation, windows, the fireplace & chimney, the foundation and so much more!
